I am Always very happy with Dr. Melissa. That is why I keep coming back. When I call the office it depends on the person I get on the phone, on how I am treated. This isn't the first time I have had this problem. If I call and request to have Dr. Melissa call me when she has a chance, this is the response. Providers/doctors do not return calls to patients. The other issue is some people answering the phones go through what they are explaining like a script, quickly, cold, sounding bothered if I don't get it the first time. Surley not like you're working with patients. I really really like my dotor. I don't plan on switching dermatologist for anything. I refer to some of the people that work up front as blockers bewteen my doctor and me. Dr. Melissa you're the best.

Appointments should include enough time for a skin check and cosmetic follow up which customers are paying cash for. The ten minute visit is not long enough. This is not a reflection on the provider, but the company’s policies.

Waited over 30 minutes to be seen (was for my 6 year old). Once back, dr walked in and had no bedside manner. No introduction and just said “what’s going on?” Then sent RX to pharmacy to be told it was incomplete. Back and forth calls to pharmacy and kessel to resolve issue and was finally fixed after 4 days. And finally the RX is not common and was out of stock at multiple pharmacies so currently trying to figure out a different one that is in stock at pharmacies. 8 days later, we still have no RX.

I made an appointment for the simple matter of removing two small growths. Mr. White was quite pleasant, professional and efficient as he was in a previous visit. I would certainly have him attend to me again.

First time patient very crowded the day of my appointment but it was worth the wait. Dr Kessel checked everything out for me with the exam and took a sample of something on my left leg. I had a concerning skin issue that I brought to his attention which required a biopsy. He explained everything clearly and provided a clear path forward, which was very reassuring. His bedside manner is exceptional, and the staff is very professional, responsive and caring. Minimal waiting time was also a plus!

Dr. Kessel always conducts a thorough skin examination, takes samples when deemed necessary to assure cancer or other serious infections are not present, and leaves me with the feeling proper care has been achieved. He always provides full explanation to any pertinent questions and has a very friendly demeanor.

The only thing is I go back next Monday. I waited two weeks I need a results of my test that’s what I’m waiting for and I don’t know how to get back to it to find out what it is. She was excellent. She explained everything but I never got results

Left eye droop after Botox. After another visit back, I was prescribed eye drops which were not covered by insurance. I asked for reimbursement for both the visit and the eye drops, but they made me feel that it was my fault for the eye droop. No one took accountability for the botched service and there were no compensations and no apologies. Never going back there and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
